This is why we are happy to offer our 60 day money back guarantee. If you exercise for 10 minutes a day, every day for 60 days, and after that time feel it hasn’t worked for you we will gladly refund your money.
As a authorised distributors we promise to refund the purchase price of the Flexibak on return of the product in its original condition together with the Proof of Purchase within seventy four (74) days of the date of purchase should the product fail to meet the customer’s expectations or requirements; or if the product fails to improve the customer’s condition.

By this Consumer Guarantee, Manchester Osteopaths guarantee your Flexibak to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
If your Flexibak proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship during this period then Probak will, without charge for labour or parts, repair or (at Probak’s discretion) replace the defective parts or entire product upon the Conditions set out below.
Conditions...
1. This Guarantee will be granted only when the Proof of purchase is presented together with the defective item.
2. Probak reserves the right to refuse Free of Charge guarantee service if the original receipt cannot be presented in its entirety as specified above.
3. This Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from modifications that may be made to the product.
4. This Guarantee covers none of the following:
a. Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear & tear.
b. Any adaptation or changes to alter the product from its normal purpose.
c. Use of the Flexibak in non-domestic environments.
d. Damage resulting from:* Misuse including but not limited to:
(i) failure to use the Flexibak for its normal purpose or in strict accordance with Flexibaks instructions and recommendations on the proper use of the product, and
(ii) use of the product in a manner inconsistent with safety standards in force in the country where it is used.* Repair carried out by persons not authorised by Probak.
* Accidents, water, fire or any cause beyond the control of Probak.
* Use of the Flexibak in a sauna or steam-room or similar conditions.
5. This guarantee does not affect the consumer’s Statutory Rights under applicable national laws in force, nor the consumer’s rights against the dealer arising from their sales/purchase contract.
